According to reports, Amazon hit the $2.01 trillion USD market cap mark after its shares rose nearly 4%, finishing the day at $193.61 on Wednesday, June 26, 2024.
This is partly due to Amazon’s investments in artificial intelligence, cloud services, among others, as global interest has grown in the technology.
Amazon now joins Apple, Microsoft, and Nvidia with valuations of at least $2 trillion USD.
