Amazon Q is a conversational AI bot developed to generate content, streamline processes, solve problems, and provide relevant information specifically tailored to your business. Unlike ChatGPT, this AI bot is built for work and integrates with existing AWS systems.
Amazon Q is currently available in a preview version, with the monthly subscription starting at $20 USD per user for the business plan and $25 USD per user for the builder plan. Amazon claims that their conversational AI bot would handle consumer data in the strictest of confidence unlike other generative technologies that train the models using inputs and data from customers.
