Labor Day is an annual celebration of the power and nature of organized labor in the United States of America. It is a Federal Government holiday that was formed in 1882 to commemorate the involvement of the working population towards the development of the USA.
In Canada, Labour Day is celebrated on the same day as the United States and is also a statutory public holiday.
This annual celebration holds on the first Monday of September and in 2023, its today, the 4th. It is not to be confused with May Day, which is a different labor-related holiday that celebrates the workforce on May 1, annually. Happy Labor Day from everyone at Incognito Blog!
