According to reports, Blue Owl has announced plans to acquire IPI partners a digital infrastructure fund manager for about $1 billion USD to expand its presence in the data center market.
The report further mentions that the deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024 and will add about $10.5 billion USD in assets under management to the company’s digital infrastructure business.
