DocuSign, the digital transaction management company, has announced plans to acquire Lexion, a contract workflow automation company, for $165 million USD.
This acquisition deal will expand DocuSign’s strategy to transform contract agreement data, and Lexion’s technology will enable DocuSign customers to gain a detailed understanding of their contract structures and data, as well as identify insights and potential risks.
Lexion is an AI-powered contract management software company that was founded in 2019. It specializes in simplifying the contract process, enabling accelerated drafting, negotiation, and review of agreements, which allows businesses to move faster and make better decisions.
In February, Incognito blog reported a 6% layoff by DocuSign.
