Dubai, the most populous city in the United Arab Emirates, is the home of modern and futuristic architecture. In the heart of the city is Palm Jumeirah, a cluster of artificial islands that boast of luxurious developments that comprise of residential units and expensive hotels. Construction of the Island started in 2001 and it supposedly has a population of about 10,000 residents as of 2017.
A 71 story luxury tower (Como Residences) located on Palm Jumeirah is the latest addition to the Islands stunning offerings. The Como Residences penthouse offers a 360 degree sky pool, with views of the Burj Khalifa (tallest building in the world), a 22,000 square feet area, private elevators, a rooftop infinity pool, etc.
The penthouse recently sold at a preconstruction stage for 500 million UAE dirhams ($136 million USD) and it has a completed date of 2027. The penthouse residence at the Como Residences is reportedly the third most expensive in the world.
The lower units at the property have a starting price of 21 million UAE dirhams ($5.7 million).
