Unacademy To Layoff 250

Unacademy is an Indian multinational educational technology company founded in 2015 and headquartered in Bangalore. It is an online educational platform that prepares students for various competitive exams like JEE, NEET, UPSC, Chartered Accountancy, GATE, UPSC NDA, etc.

According to reports, Unacademy has announced plans to lay off 250 employees in its marketing and sales departments as part of a restructuring initiative aimed at cutting costs and maximizing profitability.

The report further mentions that the layoffs come when Unacademy is in talks with K12 Techno, the parent company of school chain Orchid International, for a possible merger.
