According to reports, Flutter Entertainment has announced plans to acquire Snaitech for $2.6 billion USD including debt from gambling technology group Playtech to expand its position as the leading gambling firm in Italy.
This acquisition deal is expected to close by the second quarter of 2025 and will add to Flutter’s earnings per share immediately as it plans to expand its geographical footprint and online gambling capabilities in the Italian market.
