It specializes in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of electronic circuit board assemblies and systems, along with supply chain services to Apple and various industries.
According to reports, Jabil has announced plans to set up a manufacturing plant in Tamil Nadu, India valued at $238 million USD to meet the demands and future needs of customers and support its existing facility in Pune.
The report further mentions that the plant will create 5,000 jobs in the region and is expected to boost the local economy and growth of the country in the global electronics supply chain.
