According to reports, Mobius Motors has entered into creditors’ voluntary liquidation as per the Insolvency Act, which means the company has decided to shut down and will be going through a formal process to close its operations.
The report further mentions that the company has been facing financial difficulties and is unable to pay its debts, after efforts to save the company for over one year failed.
