Albania, officially called the Republic of Albania, is a country in Southeast Europe located in the Balkans. It has a population of over 2 million residents as of 2023. Its capital and largest city is Tirana. It is bordered by Montenegro, Kosovo, Macedonia, and Greece.
According to reports, the iconic double skyscraper known as the Bond Tower in Albania’s capital, Tirana, will be the latest addition to its skyline. Taking inspiration from a ballet dancer’s pliĆ©, the skyscraper will feature two connected structures that gently separate before rejoining each other.
The 50-story Bond Tower, designed by the Portuguese architecture firm OODA, will commence construction by the end of the year with a scheduled completion at the end of 2028. On one side, the tower will feature residential units, and on the other side, hotel guests, with a mix of office space and retail on several floors.
