Honda Recalls 1,725 Vehicles

Honda has issued a recall of 1,725 vehicles due to missing tire information number.

According to the notice from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), if an owner’s Tire Information Number (TIN) is missing the four-digit date code, they may not recognize that their vehicle is involved in a safety recall and will continue to drive on recalled tires, increasing the risk of a crash.

The affected vehicles include 2024 Honda CR-V sports utility vehicles. Owners will be notified to bring their vehicle to an authorized Honda dealership to inspect and replace the tires free of charge. Notification letters are scheduled to be sent in August 2024.
