Bain Capital: $4.5 Billion Envestnet Acquisition Deal

According to reports, Bain Capital has announced plans to buy Envestnet valued at $4.5 billion USD, together with investors like BlackRock, Franklin Templeton, and Fidelity Investments. This acquisition deal will make Envestnet a privately held company, with Bain Capital offering $63.15 per share in cash. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024.
