Bugatti: The 1,800 Horsepower Hybrid Vehicle

Bugatti, Automobiles Ettore Bugatti is a French manufacturer of high-performance automobiles. The company was founded in 1909 and is headquartered in Molsheim, Alsace, France. In 1998, Bugatti was acquired by the Volkswagen Group and was merged with Rimac in 2021, a Croatian company that makes all-electric supercars. Bugatti is currently led by the CEO of Rimac, who is overseeing the development of the next generation of Bugatti hyper sports cars.

According to reports, Bugatti has unveiled its new model, the Bugatti Tourbillon, a plug-in hybrid with a 16-cylinder engine and three electric motors.

The report mentions that the Tourbillon features about 1,800 horsepower, reaching over 60 MPH in 2 seconds with a top speed of 277 MPH. The starting price is about $4 million USD, and only 250 Bugatti Tourbillons will be built.
