Audi: $1 Billion Electric Vehicle Investment In Mexico

Audi AG is a German automotive manufacturer of luxury vehicles and a subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group. It was founded in 1969 and is headquartered in Ingolstadt, Bavaria, Germany.

According to reports, Audi has announced plans to invest $1 billion USD in the Mexican state of Puebla. This investment aims to turn Puebla into a hub for electric vehicles and create 500 new jobs.

The report further mentions that in addition to the existing plant in Puebla, Audi has begun the installation of infrastructure and equipment necessary for the production of electric vehicles. This is part of its commitment to its electric vehicle strategy after a challenging year.
