Intel, the multinational technology company that specializes in semiconductor and chip manufacturing, announced that it is halting plans for a $25 billion USD chip factory in Israel.
The report mentions that the factory was intended to produce advanced chips for Intel’s next-generation processors as well as increase employment opportunities. Intel said managing large-scale projects often involves adapting to changing timelines, and it remains committed to the region.
