Miami: $59 million Aston Martin Residence

Miami’s latest addition to its skyline is the 66-story building built by Aston Martin, the British luxury sports car manufacturer, located at the mouth of the Miami River on Biscayne Bay. It is the company’s first venture into the residential real estate market.

The tower is 818 feet high, covering a total of 1.25 acres. It boasts 391 units, including 7 penthouses ranging from $16 million to $59 million USD, each with private pools and terraces. Additionally, there are apartments ranging in size from one to five bedrooms, priced at $1.5 million to $8.5 million USD.

The Unique Triplex Penthouse, as it is called, is arranged over 3 floors at the top of the building. The price per unit starts at $59 million USD and includes the last remaining Aston Martin Vulcan, an 820 brake horsepower all-carbon fiber supercar.

The report further mentions that 99% of the properties were sold before the building was completed. The building also features an infinity pool with a pool deck, jacuzzis, cabanas, 2 fitness centers, 2 movie theaters, etc. The building was designed in partnership with architect Rodolfo Miani of Bodas Mian Anger and built by G&G Business Developments.
