Microsoft has announced plans to invest $2.2 billion USD in cloud and artificial intelligence infrastructure in Malaysia.
This investment deal is expected to be made over the next 4 years and will also involve collaboration with the Malaysian government to establish a national AI center in the country to enhance the country’s cybersecurity capabilities.
The report further mentions that Microsoft will provide training for 200,000 people and support the growth of developers in the country.
