According to reports, Glovo has announced plans to cease operations in Ghana, citing profitability challenges. The app will no longer accept orders from May 10, 2024. This decision comes two years after the company invested $3.7 million USD to expand its services in the region.
The report further mentions that the exit will allow glovo to focus its resources on other African markets like Ivory Coast, Kenya, Tunisia, and Nigeria.
