Nvidia, the software and fabless design multinational technology company has announced it acquired Run: ai for $700 Million USD.
This acquisition deal will give enterprise customers access to computing infrastructure and software that they can use to train models for generative and other forms of AI.
The report further mentions that Nvidia seeks to maintain the Run: ai business model as it peers with Nvidia’s DGX Cloud AI platform. This partnership will give DGX Cloud customers access to Run: ai’s capabilities for their AI workloads.
Run: AI is a compute management platform for AI that provides visibility and control over resource prioritization and allocation while simplifying workflows and removing infrastructure hassles for data scientists. It was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Tel-Aviv, Israel.
