Taylor Swift, the Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter, recently released Tortured Poets Department, her 11th studio album.
According to Spotify, the audio streaming giant, Taylor Swift’s Tortured Poets album has become the first in Spotify’s history to have more than 300 million streams in a single day. Also, “Fortnight” (feat. Post Malone), a song from the album, became Spotify’s most-streamed song in a single day. Taylor also became the most-streamed artist in a single day on the platform.
The report further mentions that 2 hours after the release of the album, Swift announced an expanded version with an extra 15 songs called The Anthology.
