BowFlex Inc. formerly known as Nautilus, Inc., is a marketer, and manufacturer of fitness equipment. It was founded in 1986 with its headquarters in Washington, USA. According to reports, BowFlex recently filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy as a result of post-pandemic and macroeconomic conditions.
The report further mentions that Johnson Health Tech would acquire all of BowFlex’s assets for $37.5 million in cash. The Taiwan-based company specializes in manufacturing and sales of similar exercise equipment. To support the process, a $25 million debtor-in-possession fund will allow BowFlex to continue formal operations during this period.
