Yandex has announced a complete sale of its business in Russia for $5.2 Billion USD to a group of Russian investors, making it a Russian-owned entity, following the company’s exit from the country. The report further mentions that the deal to exit Russia was initiated 18 months ago following pressures that emerged from Russia’s invasion of Ukraine 2 years ago.
