YouTube to Layoff 100

YouTube is an online video sharing and social media platform, a subsidiary of Google, accessible worldwide. It was launched in 2005, with its headquarters in San Bruno, California. It is the second most visited website in the world, after Google Search. It boasts of over 2.5 billion monthly users.

According to reports, YouTube has announced plans to lay off 100 employees in a bid to restructure its creator management and operations teams. The report further mentions that affected employees have 60 days to find new roles within and outside the company before their dismissals take effect.
