Dubai, the extravagant city located in the United Arab Emirates is set to add another world class building to its unending list of luxury developments. The design for the Aeternitas Tower was unveiled recently in Dubai Marina and is set to be named the world’s second tallest clock tower after its completion in 2027.
According to recent reports, the clock at the top most of the residential tower will be visible from about 6 kilometers away, and consist of 649 units comprising of one, two, and three bedroom apartments, and multiple villas and mansions. The Aeternitas Tower is going to be constructed as a result of a partnership between London Gate, a luxury real estate developer, and Franck Muller, a luxury watch manufacturer.
The pre construction sale of the project commenced recently and one bedroom apartments are starting at $435,600 USD (1.6 million Emirati Dirham).
