Tesla has issued a recall of 120,423 vehicles due to safety concerns regarding the doors unlocking during a crash. According to the notice from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), certain models experience defects in the doors unlocking during a crash and increase the risk of injury.
The affected models include: TESLA MODEL S 2022-2023 and TESLA MODEL X 2022-2023. The report further mentions that Tesla has released a free over-the-air (OTA) software update, with notification letters scheduled to be sent to affected owners in February 2024.
Earlier this month, Incognito Blog reported the recall of over 2 million Tesla vehicles due to a problem with the Autosteer feature.
