Tesla Welcomes Toyota to EV Superchargers

Toyota Motor Corporation is a Japanese multinational automotive corporation that was incorporated in August 1937. As of December 2020, Toyota was the biggest company in Japan and the 9th largest company by revenue in the world. Producing about 10 million vehicles annually, the company boasts of being one of the largest automobile manufacturers globally.

According to recent reports, Toyota has announced that it will adopt the North American Charging Standard (NACS) in all its electric vehicles (EV’s) that will be sold in the United States of America, starting in 2025. The move to Tesla’s superchargers is in a bid to provide Toyota EV drivers even more charging options.

Incognito Blog also reported other vehicle manufacturers like BMW, Mercedes, Honda, etc., that have agreed to join the supercharger network within the next few years.
