The Republic of Congo, also referred to as Congo or Congo-Brazzaville, is a country located in the western part of Central Africa. It is bordered by Gabon to the west, Cameroon to its northwest, Cabinda to the south, and the Atlantic Ocean to the southwest.
According to recent reports, a boat travelling near the town of Mbandaka, Congo, has capsized leaving about 52 people dead, with over 167 reportedly missing. The report further mentioned that the boat was carrying over 300 people when the incident occurred, with rescue efforts still ongoing.
