UAE: Nigeria’s Visa Ban Update

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is a country located in Western Asia with a population of about 10 million residents. The UAE shares its land borders with Oman and Saudi Arabia, and water borders with Qatar and Iran. The most populous city in the country is Dubai, also renowned as the international hub of the Arab nation.

According to recent reports, the United Arab Emirates has lifted its travel restrictions on Nigerians, as facilitated by President Bola Tinubu. This is coming 12 months after they banned about 20 African countries (Burundi, Ghana, Gambia, Nigeria etc.) from applying for visas to the country.
