Honda has announced its adoption of Tesla’s North American Charging Standard (NACS) for electric vehicles that will be manufactured by the Japan headquartered automaker. In a combined effort to attain carbon neutrality, the company mentioned the importance of this partnership as a way to provide a broad range of EV charging stations to Honda’s customers.
In July, Incognito Blog reported the partnership between 7 EV manufacturers (including Honda) to design a universal EV charging network. Honda’s plan to adopt the North American Charging Standard for its EV’s is slated to commence in 2025.
