Amazon Fire Tv is a digital media and console player manufactured by Amazon and initially released to US customers in 2014. The device allows users stream audio and video contents on the internet through a television. The media player can be assessed using 2 mediums, a set-top box and a HDMI plug-in stick.
According to Amazon Fire Tv, customer can now access 400 more channels using a new application launched for the platform. The new channels available on the app include ABC News, CBS Sports HQ, MLB, Fox Sports, etc. This new feature is currently available to customers in the US, and downloading the app is not required as the contents can be assessed by asking Alexa to “Play Fire TV Channels”.
