In a positive development, the Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) has announced the suspension of its nationwide strike, bringing a temporary end to the demonstration that had persisted since July 25 2023, as reported by Incognito Blog here.
The strike was initiated due to the lack of progress in implementing the associations demands by the Government, causing disruptions in healthcare services across the country.
