Amazon has announced the launch of Project Amelia, an AI assistant designed to help sellers grow their businesses on the platform by answering questions about their metrics and resolving issues on behalf of sellers.
According to reports, Project Amelia is currently available to a limited set of sellers in the United States and is built on Amazon Bedrock, a service managed by AWS that provides access to powerful foundational models.
The report further mentions that sellers will also be able to ask follow-up questions, like those focused on a single product’s sale, growth, and customer traffic, among other things. The new feature will be available in other countries and different languages later this year.
