Ford has issued a recall of 90,736 vehicles due to faulty engine intake valves that can break while driving, which would increase the risk of engine failure.
Affected vehicles include 2021-2022 Ford F-150, Bronco, Edge, Explorer, Lincoln Nautilus, and Lincoln Aviator equipped with 2.7L or 3.0L Nano EcoBoost engines.
Dealers will perform an engine cycle test and replace the engine free of charge, with notification letters scheduled to be sent to owners in October.
