Johnson & Johnson: $1.7 Billion V-Wave Acquisition

According to reports, Johnson & Johnson has announced plans to acquire V-Wave for approximately $1.7 billion USD to expand its portfolio in the heart disease devices market. J&J will pay $600 million USD upfront and a potential milestone payment of $1.1 billion USD.
